02What oogmi does
oogmi finds the same product for less: it compares stores, shows prices, discounts and coupon codes, and sends you to the store you choose. We do not sell products, take payment, ship orders or handle returns. Every purchase is made with the store, under its terms and prices.
03Who can use it
You must be at least 13, and old enough to buy where you live (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to shop at the stores we link to.
04Fair use
oogmi is for your personal shopping. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or resell our prices, deals or data;
- use bots or overload the Service;
- misuse coupon codes or interfere with affiliate tracking;
- reverse engineer the app or extension, except where the law allows;
- use the Service for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
05The browser extension
You get a personal, revocable licence to use the extension. It runs on shopping websites, only looks for a product on the page you are viewing, and a deal or affiliate link activates only when you click. You can remove it at any time. See the Privacy Policy for what it reads.
06Prices, coupons and links
Prices, stock and coupons come from stores and can change at any time; the store's checkout price is the one that applies. oogmi is free because stores may pay us a commission when you buy through our links, which never raises your price.
